Lunice w CJ Flemings, Will EQ, Marty Grimes w Manni Phantom, Bomba Estéreo, The Fugees & Beshken, GAWTBASS, Guru, Riky Rick, Preet Harpal w Jaskurn Gosal

We’re jumpin’ straight into two brand new tracks from freshmen artists Lunice with CJ Fleming and Will EQ, followed by a banger lil’ Marty Grimes and Manni Phantom joint. Next we’re hittin’ you with the bass and Bomba Estéreo’s “Mueve Tu Cuerpo”, Beshken’s remix of the always classic “Rumble In The Jungle” by The Fugees and we’ve also got an original mix by GAWTBASS, a new cat I’ve been feeling. Finally, we’ve got the International Artist Spotlight. I’ve gotta do some talking about this set because it’s got a track call Alkayida by a Ghanian artist named Guru on here and all I can say in it’s defense is that it’s fire and the it’s just the dance called the Alkayida, it’s not pro-terrorism. Africans just don’t give a fuck about political correctness lol. The last two tracks are “Boss Zonke” by Riky Rick and Law by Preet Harpal, check ’em out, they go in! Merry Christmas! Lates.

Our 2014 Underground Cuts

Ya we listen to all sorts of music but no doubt we love the underground the most, that connection with a dope song you can’t hear on the radio and every streaming service is just so much more real, like the artist made it just for you. So on that note let’s introduce some of our favorite underground 2014 tracks (that we haven’t already posted haha). I’m not even gonna name all of the artists this time and they’re in no particular order, just 24 of the dopest underground tracks from all genres in 2014 that we’ve been bumpin’. From the jams that go in hard to the tracks that make us sit back and go “Hhhhhhmmmmmmmmmm….”, we love them all. Happy New Year audio fiends. Peace.

D.R.A.M., Hazel Rose, Mike WiLL Made-It w Jody HighRoller & I LOVE MAKONNEN, Eddie Amador & Robosonic, Free n Losh, Kungs & Molly, Majid Jordan, Oh Wonder, Hozier

D.R.A.M. starts us off with a lil 21st Century cha cha’ slide, this song is all good times. Hazel Rose absolutely slays anyone comin’ at her on “Dalai Lama” and Mike Will Made-It does work with the homies Jody and Makonnen. Robosonic ups his game with a remix of Eddie Amador’s “House Music”, Free n Losh give us a dreamy version of “Girl From Ipanema” and Kungs & Molly throw us another take on “West Coast” (but trust me it’s a good-ass take haha). Finally Majid Jordan does his soul thing on “A Place Like This”, Oh Wonder makes a straight love makin’ song with “Body Gold” and Hozier absolutely kills his new track “Work Song”. Lates.
