Damn this blogging thing ain’t easy…but it sure is fun! We’re starting you off with some mothafuckin bass and the LZRD remix of DJ Carnage’s track “Toca” featuring Timmy Trumpet and KSHMR, some American baile by JSTJR called “Dirty Funk” and a fire Aazar edit of Rae Sremmurd’s “Come Get Her”. Then it’s Darwin Deez leading the rock brigade with “Kill Your Attitude”, then “Follow Me” by a band definitely on the comeup called The Coathangers and after that something folky from Axel Flórent, “Dancers”. The last tracks are from our International Heat section, even though we play international artists regularly this section is for a little extra listen of the dopest around the globe. First up it’s some crazy electrish by Brazilians The Skinners called “Celera” followed by “Gidigidi”, some hella soulful hip-hop from UK-based Ghanian artist M3nsa featuring Pappy Kojo and finally we’ve got some more crazy Brazilian’s making remixes, this time Pesadão Tropical and Marginal Men remixing MC Bin Laden’s (I know I know, Brazilians don’t give a shit about political correctness) “Oh Segurança”. Peace.

If you haven’t been listening to Whilk and Misky then you’re slippin’, they’re eclectic as hell and they start us off today with a dope deep track called “Two Bridges” followed by a sick Mr. Saccardo remix of Beat It by the King Of Pop and the last electrish song is “Never Too Late” by Nocturnal Sunshine (who we just learned today is also Maya Jane Coles!). In the delicious pop section we’re starting you off with one of the best pop bands on the scene, Made In Heights, and their awesomely titled track “Pop It In 2” followed by Jerry Folk’s remix of Oh Wonder’s “Lose It” and Freedom Fry’s “21”. Holding up the last spots on the page but not our speakers are the throwbacks, those tracks from a few cycles ago that will always sound good. We’ve got Sam Lachow’s “80 Bars Part 5” (Seattle rep!), Honne’s beautiful “The Night” and the hella sensuous “Let Me See That” by Penthouse Penthouse. Deuces.

First track is called “Decent” by the homie Koolta from Australia then it’s a hella dope “My Way” remix by Jus Reign featuring Fateh DOE followed by the new Drake and Tinashe joint “On A Wave”. Then it’s the smooth sounds with “We Won’t” by Jaymes Young and Phoebe Ryan, “Been That Way” by Bryson Tiller, a new cat we’ve been feeling out of Lousville, KY, and finally “Whatever You Want” by PYRMDPLAZA and Abraham Blue. Rounding it out is the super trippy “Fishing” by Mieux, “Perfect” by Visionist (who I just started listening to and already love) and “Burning House” by the always fresh Diversa. Lates.

Jumping straight into the hip-hop with KOOLTRASHER’s remix of clipping.’s “Mobb 2 It” then “Home” by new dude Michael Christmas out of Roxbury in Boston then it’s Koreatown, LA’s finest DUMBFOUNDED. Then it’s a little lighter with Vanic’s “Cops”, a new track titled “Forgiveness” by the always awesome Made In Heights and “Breezy” by a band we’re still learning about called Scooter Island featuring Zoe Penina. In the end it’s more rhythmic with “The One, Two, Three” by Rvdical The Kid, a little Brazilian with “Eu Bebo Sim (Yes I Drink)” by Elizeth Cardoso and finally “Classic Man” by Jidenna Ft Roman GianArthur.
