If you’re looking for a weekend jump off then look no further than Airia’s new jam “Atmosphere”, Salute jooks it hard on “Castle (Magic)” and Panda Funk Records’ Whyel get’s freaky on our last joint “What You Say” with iE-z. Hermitude enlists one of the original coolest kids Chuck Inglish on his jam “Hijinx”, Headphone Activist makes a new classic out of a very old one on “Mozart”, WYLN tells us about the great city of “Oakland” (though his Soundcloud page says he’s form Montreal?) and UK artists Lurch and Emerge MC team up for a sweet DnB and hip-hop jam on “Energy Is Paramount (Different Drumz)”. MEDASIN and Masego get together on the dreamy “Coffee”, a track that is the exact opposite of caffeine lol, Chris Lake remixes Calvin Harris & Disciples’ “How Deep Is Your Love”, trippy ass Opio kills his new track “Stone Temple Pilot” and Sharkmuffin makes a beauty out of “Mondays”. Winding us down is the ever innovative Esta. with “Lexo”, potions. makes a journey of a song on “The Texture On My Ceiling” and Autolaser makes the most future-forward remix of “Watch Me (Whip Nae Nae)” you’re ever gonna hear. Shadow Sable, N.A.S.A. & Lizzo / Tropkillaz, Dani Deahl & Rohan Da Great, Document One, Back Back Forward Punch, Fooki Wonton, YOGI, Blade & Conspire & SoulStructure, Josh Pan & X&G, NuAlias

Today’s Playlist: Bass Heavy

Just listen to Shadow Sable’s “Want It” and you’ll know why I’m starting to get obsessed with this dude with only two tracks on his Soundcloud account, he’s got that glow. Next we’ve got this filthy Tropkillaz remix of N.A.S.A.’s “Iko” with Lizzo, Danny Deahl and Rohan Da Great team up on “SMYK”, we’ve got Document One’s “I Got A Fever” debut on BBC Radio 1 from last month and Back Back Forward Punch deepen out the sound with some smooth bass and vocals on “Settle The Score”. Fooki Wonton is making me nostalgic with this Wu-Tang throwback “Ruins”, YOGI absolutely kills the beat on “tsing tao” and Blade, Conspire & Soul Structure smash their new DnB track “Crepuscular Light”. Anchoring the squad is some future-bass with “Fetch” by Josh Pan featuring X&G and THUMP continues to unveil the heat with NuAlias’ iconic track “Eternal”. Deuces.
