Today’s Playlist: Bass, Trap, Boom
I am currently looking for a writer for the site. One paragraph a day, 6 days a week, about the songs and artists in the playlist. This would be a long term relationship and after a time could become a partnership. Here is an example of the kind of paragraph I’m looking for (though obviously better written):
“Another Friday another week in the books, time to kick back and have a little fun. First up we have Bora’s melodic “Crush”, DROELOE blasts us with his new track “Moonwalk Mike”, Young Luxembourg beautifully remixes Les Anticipateurs’ “OUIN” and Fools Gold Records’ Shash’U shows us why Fools Gold is one of the most innovative labels around on his remix of Giraffage’s “Be With You”. We’re keeping the energy levels up with Candidat’s flowing remix of Dim Sum’s “High Love”, Laquell and Domino squad up on “Feel Me” and San Francisco group Niteppl walk us through the “Shadows” of their lives. If you’re looking for a weekend jump off then look no further than Airia’s new jam “Atmosphere”, Salute jooks it hard on “Castle (Magic)” and Panda Funk Records’ Whyel get’s freaky on our last joint “What You Say” with iE-z. Peace.”
You can see it’s just a sentence or so about each song and artist (song style or genre, song description, maybe where the artist is from, what record label, if we’ve featured them before, etc.) but since it’s so few sentences it is very easy to become repetitive and this is why I’m looking for a creative writer who can make a blog style this simple and short really shine every single post. Only serious interest, someone with a passion for all types of music, a good writer and who is willing to commit and dedicate time in their life to creating and growing a successful music site over a long period of time.
