Today’s Playlist: All types of chill music.

Sorry I missed yesterday, water park responsibilities, you know how it can get in the summertime haha. So here’s just a gang of the best chilled out tracks I found this week, I’ll let you sort through them and tell me what you think because I am still way too wrecked to even think. Peace.

SPORTS, Childbirth, The Castillians, Built In Sun, Cloves, Le Printemps, Diet Cig, Saepony, Telegram., Titus Andronicus

Today’s Playlist: Rock in 2015

It’s definitely time to fuck with all of these incredible new rock tracks coming out. SPORTS, on Father/Daughter Records, are first up with “Saturday” followed by Childbirth telling us a little about themselves on “Nasty Grrls”, UK band The Castilians drop “You And Me” through PNKSLM Records and Built In Sun bring us the energy-filled track “Honeybear”. Cloves slow it down a bit with “Don’t You Wait”, Le Printemps drop the silky smooth “Can’t Have You” and Diet Cig (also on Father/Daughter Records) go hard on “Sleep Talk”. Seapony, a new group I just discovered, keep it chill on “Let Go”, Titus Andronicus (the band with the best name in the world) get “Fired Up” and London-based band Telegram. gives us the super catchy choon “Aeons”. Peace.

Denzel Curry (Mike Gao x Promnite x EurekaThe Butcher x IAMNOBODI), 20syl & Fashawn / Misteur Valaire, The 1900’s, Chaboki, Goldlink / GEOTHEORY, GLACEAZUKA, BECOME x Elohim, Ramriddlz & Nemesis, TallBlackGuy

The connect’s got some hip-hop and a lot more today. First up is Denzel Curry’s huge track “Ultimate” featuring damn near half the internet including Mike Gao, Promnite, EurekaTheButcher and IAMNOBODI. Then French DJ Misteur Valaire gives us a perfect remix of 20syl’s “Copycat”, new guys The 1900’s show us a little more of their style on “My Word” and Chaboki drops a straight hood jam with “Pop The Trunk”. Now we’re going into the more electronic side of hip-hop with GEOTHEORY’s remix of “Dance On Me” by Goldlink, GLACAZUKA shows us how to work the subs on “The Scheme” and Indie Fresh drops the new track “She Talks Too Much” by BECOME and Elohim. Rounding out the playlist is LUCA LUSH’s “I Can Tell”, non-OVO Toronto based artist Ramriddlz’s “Call Me” featuring Nemesis and 80’s Babies show us what they’re all about on “NRG”. Peace.

Griz & Talib Kweli / Big Wild, Years & Years / Feki, MisterWives x Kygo / The White Panda, Kronology, Mark Morrison / Abjo, Fitzroy, Oshi & Jamal Woon & Courtney Bennet, Boathouse, Tono, XYLØ, Small Talk & Ava Lake

Today’s playlist is just good times all around leading off with Big Wild’s remix of “For The Love” by Griz with Talib Kweli, Feki’s melodic remix of Years & Years’ “Desire”, White Panda gets original by mixing MisterWives and Kygo on “Reflection Stone” and thanks to Technique Recordings we’ve got the proper DnB track “Untouchable” from Kronology. These next few are exploring the more experimental side of music. First up is Abjo’s dope remix of “Return Of The Mack” by Mark Morrison, Fitzroy gives us his short edit of “Drnkinlv”, Oshi remixes himself on “Heal You” and then Boathouse smoothes us out on “Kate”. Ending the day is “Casca” by Brazilian artist “Tono”, XYLØ’s effervescent “Afterlife” and Small Talk team up with Ava Lake for the belter “Slippery Thoughts”. Lates.
